You’ll be bathed in the crystalline vibrations of frosted chakra crystal singing bowls and the delicate tones of Koshi wind chimes, creating healing frequency of sound that support your emotional, energetic, and physical well-being.
Each session begins with a moment of quiet reflection and an oracle card pull, inviting you to set clear, heart-led intentions for the week ahead. From there, you’ll settle into deep rest on our soft mattresses, surrendering into a meditative state as the sound gently carries you inward.

Stephanie is a CMA accredited Sound Healer and Galactic Reiki practitioner who blends earthy elementalenergies with cosmic frequencies. Her deeply calming, soulful sessions empower you to see your own light from within, realigning you with the universal flow.
Guided by ancient wisdom she weaves organic sounds with ethereal tones, awakening your senses and helping you feel cleansed, restored and nurtured on every level of your being. Stephanie is a graduate of Maria Lodetoft’s House Of Moon Academy, and part of the Spiritual Wellbeing team at The Mandrake.

Her mission is to empower others to heal, transform, and find clarity - helping them reconnect with their true selves and live in alignment with their purpose.
