Sara Tidey

Sara is a dedicated sound healer and Reiki practitioner, known for her intuitive approach and deep connection to energy healing. With a heart-led practice, she weaves together vibrational sound and hands-on energy work to create a safe, nurturing space for deep transformation, relaxation, and energetic alignment. Her work is rooted in the understanding that sound and frequency can awaken profound healing within the body and spirit.

Sara trained at House of Moon Academy—London’s leading school for sound healing, galactic energy healing, and Light Language—in 2024, where she immersed herself in the study of vibrational medicine and multidimensional healing. After completing her training, she quickly stepped into her role as a teacher at the academy in 2025, guiding students on their own healing journeys.

Beyond House of Moon, Sara facilitates sessions at The Mandrake, a renowned wellness and healing space, where she shares her gifts with a wider audience. She has also worked closely alongside Maria Lodetoft, assisting at numerous events and expanding her experience in high-frequency energy work. Her talents have been showcased at the Mind Body Spirit Festival, where she has held powerful healing sessions, bringing her unique blend of sound and Reiki to the festival’s community.
